Odin Capital Group is a private equity firm based in Omaha, Nebraska. The firm was founded in 1999 and Odin Fund I, LP held its closing in October 2000 with $40 million of capital under management.

The Fund is focused on early and middle-stage companies engaged in information technology, niche financial services and business services. Typical investments range from $1 million to $4 million (including follow-on investments).

In October 2005, the Fund entered the “harvest phase” and is not currently making investments in new portfolio companies. During this period the management team is focused on managing the existing portfolio of maturing companies.
