Donna is a managing director and co-founder of Odin.  In this role she is active in the day-to-day management of the firm and also serves on the firm’s investment committee, which approves new commitments of capital.  Prior to co-founding Odin, Donna served in several executive positions with First Data Corporation, a Fortune 100 information services and e-commerce company.  She was also a financial analyst for CS First Boston in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and an associate with The Boston Consulting Group.  Donna earned an M.B.A. in marketing and strategic planning from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also received a B.S. in economics, with majors in finance and accounting, from Wharton.  Donna serves on the boards of The Midlands Venture Forum, a non-profit professional organization, and Gridley & Co, a New York-based boutique investment bank
